The deck was to go straight off of our main living area and descend a few steps to our backyard grass. Richard's quote was very reasonable, and he gave us confidence that he knew what we were hoping for. He definitely delivered and then some! The deck looks great. It was built on budget, and his attention to detail was above expectations. We were really happy with how he finished the edges (better than plan), and he was very receptive to feedback, or more specifically, one "change of mind". He worked alone on this project so it took a bit longer than our other quotes, but we weren't in a rush so that was fine. Overall we were very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to others. ”
